  Update: I got a voicemail today from someone associated with this shop offering me a free haircut from one of their top stylists as a way of making this right. I live about 1500 miles away (I was visiting at the time I got my haircut) so I probably won't take them up on their offer, but I do appreciate it and have upped my rating by a star.

  I called ahead to see if they were busy, they said they were but that there was only a 45 minute wait and that they could take me in 45 minutes. I drove all the way out there and they told me they were so busy they had no available openings. I told them that I even called and they said they could take me, but she said there was nothing she could do about it. I Won't be going back. She was not very pleasant at all. There are plenty of other professional locations around that will not pull me around like that.
