  Buyer Beware! We live in NC and got a flat tire on the way to visit family in Florida. We called Goodyear in Fort Bragg, NC and had a copy of the receipt faxed over where we purchased four Goodyear tires in January 2017 with road hazard assistance. The store manager in Lady Lake kept insisting the Fort Bragg location was independent and not part of Goodyear. The store manager in Lady Lake finally called Goodyear Corporate after we insisted and Goodyear Corporate confirmed our road hazard coverage and that the Fort Bragg location was not independent. Goodyear Corporate provided 100% replacement value for the tire, but by the time the Lady Lake store manager got done jacking up the price for labor to replace the tire, he wanted over $100 in cash and insisted a receipt could not be produced until two hours later. There is definitely something shady about the business practices at this location in Lady Lake. If we were not driving on a spare tire, we would prefer to go somewhere else that is more reputable and customer service oriented.
