  It would have been better if someone offered to help with my load of blocks and lava rock, other customers who offered.

  Do not call their number and expect prompt results. Yesterday 4/12 it took 31 minutes to get a response. They promised to call me back the same day regarding the replacement of a Grill that had been damaged. No call back, the next day 4/13 I repeated and it took 11 minutes to talk to a person, get put on hold and then disconnected. Another call back took 9 minutes for a live person, who after several minutes indicated that they would look into the problem and call me back so that i did not have to wait on the telephone. will follow up on this review if and when I receive the promised call back. Oh by the way the issue was a stainless Char Broil grill which had a dent, and scratches on the front control plate. Anywhere else I would have just ignored the problem.
