  The scheduler Melissa was very rude. She didn't even identify herself which is a huge pet peeve of mine and she wasn't happy when I asked to whom am I speaking to? She quickly scheduled my appointment and was about to hang up and I HAD to ask her if I needed to bring my photo ID and Insurance card and she said yes and to arrive 15 minutes earlier. So if I didn't ask I would had been late to my appointment? I hope my exams experience goes better than this.
